Pet of the Week - Butters

????Butters is incredibly special to all of us at CCAS. He is a true survivor. Butters survived a vicious stabbing and a heartworm infection. To say this incredible superdog deserves a “fur-ever” family is an understatement.????

Butters is a 6 year old Terrier mix. This blue angel has found himself at CCAS a second time at no fault of his own. His family was forced to move leaving Butters nowhere to go. They knew he would be safe at CCAS where his life was originally saved two years prior. ????

Butters is a laid back sweet boy. He doesn’t mind other dogs but long term would do best in a home as the only dog. Butters lived harmoniously with children of all ages in the past. He would most likely shine in almost any home environment.

If you are interested in giving this boy the permanent happily ever after he deserves, please call us at (410) 441-2040.

Pet of the Week - Minnie

Dog of the Week – MINNIE

Age: 5 years

Color: Tan & White

Breed: Mixed Breed

Gender: Female

Adoption Fee: $160

Behind my winning smile is a girl standing in front of a person, asking them to love her. What's a dog gotta do to get a family around here? I'm friendly and outgoing with humans, super playful and silly, and I make a really great walking buddy. What's not to love?! My friends at the shelter took me for a field trip to the park and I had a really fun time with the car ride! I am a very athletic pup who loves some room to run and get my zoomies out. Do you like stuffed animals? Me too! I like to throw them around and then lay down and hold them with my paws! My sweet personality is contagious, and I am a ray of sunshine to my human friends.

Contact the shelter today to meet me and start our life together!!

Call 410-836-1090 or email adopt@harfordshelter.org and let's get this rolling!

Pet of the Week - Jake

Jake’s the name and finding my “fur-ever”home is my game! ????

My name is Jake! I am an 8 years old Blue Heeler I am looking for my very own people! Could that be you? I am extremely intelligent and know lots of tricks. I would do best in an adult only home that loves the great outdoors as well as relaxing by a bonfire on the weekend after a long work week. I have lots of energy but I am also just a sweet laid back boy. I wouldn’t mind the company of a calm female canine companion who is my size. However, being the only dog is truly ok with me as well as I am not a fan of most other animals. I kind of like to do my own thing.

If you would like to meet me I promise you won’t be disappointed! Please call the shelter at (410)441-2040 and ask to meet Jake! I’ll be here penciling in appointments????
