Maryland Moves Into Phase Three of Reopening

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced during a Tuesday evening press conference that the state is moving into Phase Three of it's reopening plan.

This means that retail and religious facilities can increase capacity from 50 to 75 percent.  Movie theaters and live entertainment venues can reopen at 50-percent capacity, with up to 100 people allowed at indoor venues and 250 at outdoor venues.  As the Labor Day weekend approaches, Governor Hogan reminds Marylanders that contact tracing data indicates that family gatherings are the most common thread among recent COVID-19 cases.
