Please join the Scottish Games Association of Delaware for a day of athletic, pipe and dance competitions, pipe bands, music, food, and arts, all celebrating Scottish and Celtic culture. You won't want to miss the parade of the clans and pipe bands or the finale featuring the massing of the bands. The event is held rain or shine. Experience the magical, miniature Maine coastal town of Yelverton created by Jeffrey Conover! Except for one structure, this fictional town is completely built from scratch to N scale [1/16" = 1']  Some buildings are based on existing structures, but many are designed purely from imagination. Don't miss this amazing exhibition 3 1/2 years in the making! (Note: Train will not be running.)Accompanying the exhibition will be paintings created by the Wednesday Artists Group expressly to compliment the small aesthetic of the installation.Exhibit opens on Sunday, February 11 from 11 am to 3 pm, and will be on view each Wednesday from 1 to 5 pm through March 27. Exhibit will also be open on Sunday, March 10 from 11 am to 3 pm. The exhibit will also be on view during public-facing events and by appointment.
