Hone your culinary skills and learn tips and techniques from a Master Chef.

 

Session I
Friday, January 15th, 2021
6:30PM – 8:00PM
Join Chef Lou and cook along to make this Festive Holiday Dinner
Menu Includes: Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, Grilled Caesar Salad, Crown Roast with Apple Bread Stuffing, Cheese Cake

 

Session II:
Friday, February 12th, 2021
6:30PM – 8:00PM
Let Chef Lou inspire your romantic side with this special Dinner for Two!
Menu Includes: Red Pepper Tomato soup with Goat Cheese, Chateaubriand for Two, French Potatoes, Asparagus with Hollandaise, Crème Carmel

 

Session III:
Friday, April 9th, 2021
6:30PM – 8:00PM
Celebrate Spring with Chef Lou as he guides you through preparations for a Farm to Table Feast!
Menu Includes: Vegetable Quiche, Rack of Lamb, Roasted Potatoes, Glazed Baby Carrots, Apple Pie with Cheddar Cheese Crust

Virtual classes include all recipes, ingredient shopping lists, list of recommended equipment and suggested wine pairings.

 

Virtual Classes are $25 each or Register for the Three Part Series for Just $60
